Target will accept ANY Manufacturer Coupon, including Catalinas (CATs), according to this instruction sheet for cashiers. This includes Walgreens Register Rewards, Albertsons CATs, etc. as long as it states “manufacturer coupon” on it. Albertons has released their new coupon policy, effective December 17th, 2011, so be sure to print it out and throw out the old copy.
